Convenient location near transportation and Hyde Park. Rooms and bathrooms are recently refurbished, well-equipped, and cozy. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice touches like free coffee/tea hub and small bar in the welcoming reception area. Good value for the price in a fashionable neighborhood.

The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with great eco-features that are easy to use. The staff were lovely and the location is just around the corner from Paddington station. We had a wonderful night's sleep and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room we stayed in at Best Western was tastefully decorated and clean. The staff were helpful and accommodating, we could store our bags before check-in. The hotel's location was perfect for accessing public transport and attending events. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Loved the modern and updated rooms with air conditioning, hard to find in this price range. The bed was super comfortable, and the thick curtains allowed for a peaceful sleep-in. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to Paddington and great restaurants. The breakfast was a good deal, with a variety of options including a self-serve toast station and a coffee machine. The staff was accommodating, especially with food allergies. a fantastic experience!
The snug bathroom, but it was manageable. there were some noise issues with the heating system and noise from the room above, difficult to sleep well.

This hotel is great value for money, with clean rooms and good housekeeping. The location is perfect, situated next to Paddington station in a nice neighborhood.
