The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with great eco-features that are easy to use. The staff were lovely and the location is just around the corner from Paddington station. We had a wonderful night's sleep and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room we stayed in at Best Western was tastefully decorated and clean. The staff were helpful and accommodating, we could store our bags before check-in. Loved the modern and updated rooms with air conditioning, hard to find in this price range. The bed was super comfortable, and the thick curtains allowed for a peaceful sleep-in. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to Paddington and great restaurants. The breakfast was a good deal, with a variety of options including a self-serve toast station and a coffee machine. The staff was accommodating, especially with food allergies. a fantastic experience!
The snug bathroom, but it was manageable. there were some noise issues with the heating system and noise from the room above, difficult to sleep well.
